HV17LC shares the same hull as the HV17, but has a different deck layout to accommodate a larger cockpit opening and to provide a day hatch. The larger cockpit is not only suitable for bigger paddlers, but provides comfort for anyone who prefers a more spacious “driving position”. Like the HV17, this is a very fast boat, ideal for covering large distances with minimum effort, so this is a serious sea kayak which can be enjoyed by any member of the family. The standard rudder makes steering easy.
